After leaving Denro to pursue a personal investment strategy, Thomas found himself syndicating land investments in southern Arizona and once again, working tirelessly to represent his clients, with their success as his dominant goal. Four years later and with several syndications under his belt, Thomas sought new challenges and dived into developing an 871 acre mixed-use master planned community just north of the Mexican border, in Nogales, Arizona. His accomplishments creating Pena Blanca Highlands would take several pages to list, but suffice it say there are very few people who posses the work ethic and fortitude Thomas displayed as he brought his dream to fruition.

During the development of Pena Blanca Highlands, Thomas was also tapped by a local investment group to found S&S Diversifies Services, a "collection agency", buying unsecured non-performing paper from the federal government. Thomas traveled the country performing file review and due diligence on thousands of loans and coordinating their acquisition. He also performed all collection and settlement activities.

As you can see Thomas has had a diversified career, which is why when he joined Realty Executives in 2002 to begin his residential real estate carreer he hit the ground running and to-date has closed 57 million dollars in transactions.
